Example Menu's
A real Italian dinner party -
starts with antipasti (appetizers),
followed by a primo (first course), could be a pasta dish, risotto or a soup,
then follows the secondo (second course) with contorno (side dish).
Finally we have the dolce (dessert) this could be my speciality Tiramisu', crostata (Italian tart) or a zuccotto (ice-cream dessert) or a platter of fine Italian cheeses...
You can choose to go for the full monty or just limit yourself to three courses.
Almost every dish is suitable for a buffet party.
